Frequently Asked Questions

  • Becoming a new client is easy! All you are expected to do for our first session is show up online. No need to worry about what to say or what to talk about. You’ll be guided from start to finish, so please don’t be stressed about the process. Leave that part to me.

  • The first consultation session involves an assessment and will be an hour and a half. After that sessions are one hour long.

    Each session is unique and planned to teach you something that can help you across a lifetime.

  • We’ll start off with a no-commitment 15-minute consultation to assess. If we aren’t a good fit, we’ll know then, but it will be great to chat first.

  • For many, the goal of coaching is to learn tools that will help you to eventually move forward without my support.

    We typically set a number of sessions at the beginning, and modify as needed.
