Lifestyle Coaching is comprised of one on one support using an integrative approach to help you reach your personal and professional goals.

Sessions are held remotely and are 1 hour long. Each session is unique and the lessons learned will serve you for many years!

My aim is to support your unique set of goals while recognizing and developing your strengths. I am here to support you through tough decisions and finding the daily balance and peace. I am here to help along your journey!

My approach is integrative and holistic, meaning that every aspect of your life is important to me. I believe that in order to find balance, we must see each part of our lifestyle as an important piece of a greater whole. Therefore, we will assess your current lifestyle, beliefs and mindset in order to develop a clear plan of action.

I use a wide set of modalities that are aimed at empowering you to tackle anything that comes your way. There is also an important focus on overall wellbeing which includes mental, social, and physical health.

I currently live in Montreal, Quebec and have also lived in Calgary, Alberta. 

I enjoy riding my bike along the Lachine Canal more than anything!

I have a degree in Psychology and I am currently continuing my studies at the graduate level.

I have spent the last 2 years as a supervised clinical psychology intern where I have learned many practical counselling skills.

I genuinely enjoy learning about human emotions and systems. I value acquiring knowledge and believe knowledge is power, especially when used to help serve others.
