As the founder of Compassion Life Coaching, my approach is holistic, taking care to consider all aspects of your wellbeing; mental, social, emotional, and physical.
My coaching approach is solution-focused which means that we collaborate to find solutions to apply right away. I tend to use mindfulness skills with most clients as this approach can be used flexibly by anyone willing. Finally, I make use of self-compassion exercises and tools to help develop skills and ways of being with oneself in a kind, motivating, and supportive way.
One of my strengths and passions is connecting with people. I believe most of my clients would agree that I am passionate about working alongside people, and do not hide my excitement and joy each time we reach an insight or a goal. I feel fortunate and blessed to have the opportunity to walk alongside the people I work with, even if it is for a short period of time.
Professionally, I have over 4 years of experience honing my coaching and naturotherapy methodology. As a “forever student”, I am constantly learning new techniques in both my Master’s program, and through professional development / continuing education. I am also a member of the Association des Naturothérapeutes du Québec (ANQ), which allows me to provide receipts for these services.
I’m in the midst of pursuing my Master's in Counselling Psychology and have a Graduate Diploma in Youth Work and a B.A. in Psychology from Concordia University. On a more personal level, I love cycling, and find riding along the Lachine Canal more satisfying than anything! I have a beautiful dog called Malaa. My favourite sound (which grounds me in the present moment) is the leaves rustling. I currently live in Montreal, Quebec but have also lived in Calgary, Alberta.
