My approach is holistic, taking care to consider all aspects of your wellbeing; mental, social, emotional, and physical. I enjoy researching new self-compassion and mindfulness-based tools, and have seen great benefits in applying these. One of my strengths and passions is connecting with people. I feel fortunate and blessed to have the opportunity to walk alongside the people I work with, even if it is for a short period of time.

Professionally, I have 4+ years of experience honing my counselling methodology as a supervised clinical psychology intern. I’m looking to share the insights I’ve gained, as I believe knowledge is power. I love learning about human emotions, and working collaboratively with others to discover new tools and techniques that help support their individual needs.

I’m in the midst of pursuing my Masters in Counselling Psychology, and have a B.A. in Psychology. On a more personal level I love cycling, and find riding along the Lachine Canal more satisfying than anything! I currently live in Montreal, Quebec but have also lived in Calgary, Alberta.

Some Frequently Asked Questions

  • How does the first session work?

    Becoming a new client is easy, and all you are expected to do for the first session is show up online.

    No need to worry about “what to say” or “what to talk about”.

    You’ll be guided from start to finish, so please don’t be stressed about the process. Leave that part to me.

  • How long is a session?

    The first consultation session involves an assessment and will be an hour and a half, but after that sessions are one hour long as we won’t have to provide as much context.

    Each session is unique and planned to teach you something that can help you across a lifetime.

  • How do we know we'll be a good fit?

    We’ll never know until we chat, so to make sure we’re a good fit we’ll start off with a no commitment 15-minute touchpoint to assess.

    The goal of that first touch point is to make sure we’ll be able to empower one another.
